Frequently Asked Questions
Do you ship internationally?
YES! this is the most asked question, here’s how it works!
Currently with my e-commerce platform, I have international shipping set at $60 USD
If it ends up being less than that, I refund the difference once your order is fullfilled!
if it ends up being more than that, I will cover the difference for the shipping label.
any additional customs charges, duties, taxes and landing costs are the responsibility of the customer. I can NOT CONTROL if/when/how these fees are required.
International shipping can get really expensive and I try my best to find a happy medium. please ensure your name and address is correct.
if you have any more questions contact @chromastepdaddy on instagram or email us Chromadaddy@gmail.com
can i return or exchange an item?
Unfortunately and bluntly… no. sales are final once they’ve left the warehouse. For safety (and sanity), i don’t do returns or exchanges.
you wouldn’t want to receive a returned product, right?
this isn’t tj maxx.
My color arrived but where is my merch?
My color and merch ship SEPARATELY because i use a third party application that ships out the merch on demand, merch should usually arRive within a few days of your color order!
if merch arrives but not the color, contact @chromastepdaddy on insta or send us an email. if the third party fulfills the order first, it doesnt show as a pending order on our end.
I’M gluten sensitive/Celiac, am i okay to use these colors?
Everything i make is gluten free; along with being ammonia free, ppd free, fragrance free. If its bad, i don’t want it in my product.
Why?
CHROMA DADDY was born out of a simple NECESSITY; there just isn’t a fucking bright & pigmented colors that anyone loves on the market right now. Theres also the issue of the big brands DISCONTINUING our favorites.
This was the perfect opportunity to use my hyper fixation knowledge of ingredients to create the perfect semi color engineered to last as long as possible and be an absolute dream to work with!
How?
I’ve found ways to get the same pigments that go into any professional haircolor directly from the manufacturer. From there I’ve figured out the perfect bases to put those pigments into. Somehow, I came up with something that even surpassed my own standards. I never imagined people would actually want to buy this.
Is this tested on animals?
Absolutely not, unless you count the one time it accidentally got on my dog while mixing a batch. He’s fine.
