ChromaDADDY ships OUT OF DETROIT, mi within the United States and internationally. Available shipping options will appear at checkout based on your location.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days before shipping.

Processing time may be longer during launches, sales, restocks, or high-volume periods. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped using major carriers such as USPS and other regional or international partners. Carrier selection is based on destination, package size, and service availability.

Tracking information is provided once your order ships.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are calculated by the carrier and begin once your order has shipped.

Domestic and international delivery times vary by location and service selected. Please note that delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping options reduce transit time only. They do not shorten order processing time.

International Orders

SQUARESPACE ONLY ALLOWS US TO USE A FLAT RATE FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. IT IS SET AT $60 usd, IF IT COST’S LESS THAN THAT, THE DIFFERENCE WILL BE REFUNDED.

IF IT’S MORE THAN THAT, WE WILL COVER THE DIFFERENCE.

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import fees, duties, or taxes. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times for international orders may vary due to customs processing.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
