Final Sale Policy

All ChromaDADDY products are considered final sale.

Due to the nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once products leave our warehouse, we cannot guarantee that they have not been opened, altered, or otherwise tampered with.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to changes of mind, incorrect shade selection, or ordering errors.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, we may request photos or additional information to help assess the issue. Approved claims will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only for confirmed faulty or damaged products. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment once the claim has been approved.
