Order Processing

All orders are processed after payment is successfully received. Processing times may vary based on order volume, product availability, and production schedules. Processing time is separate from transit time and does not include weekends or holidays unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, ChromaDADDY is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the carrier. Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

ChromaDADDY is not responsible for orders delayed, misdelivered, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

ChromaDADDY is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing or stolen.

If a package is lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier, ChromaDADDY will assist in filing a claim where applicable. Replacement or refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Returned Shipments

Packages returned to ChromaDADDY due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect addresses, or refusal of delivery may be subject to reshipment fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, taxes, or import restrictions imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

ChromaDADDY is not responsible for delays, seizures, or returns caused by customs processing or import regulations.

Shipping Method Changes

Once an order has been placed, shipping methods cannot be changed. Expedited shipping options affect transit time only and do not alter processing time.

Force Majeure

ChromaDADDY is not liable for shipping delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, carrier disruptions, labor shortages, or governmental actions.

ChromaDADDY reserves the right to update or modify these Shipping Policies at any time. Changes apply to orders placed after the updated policies are published.
