Use OVERDRIVE PIGMENT JUICE as an additive for any color to add or enhance any color to give it more saturation.
Can be mixed with other pigment juices or semis to create a wide spectrum of colors!
Can be added to shampoos or conditioners to refresh OVERDRIVE NEON ORANGE SEMI or any other neon orange color.
Got a favorite brand you love their consistency of but you want neon green? NO PROBLEM, add this into their clear or existing neon orange to make it even better!
